  The condo was clean with quality supplies in the kitchen.
  Good location on the island.
  Management should have informed us that there are multiple renovation projects being in September-was noisy at time but management did address this with me to my satisfaction. Mgmt was very understanding about this issue. Grounds, pool were well care for and chairs available for the beach.

  This condo is nicely appointed and very close to the beach. The community is lovely and we were pleasantly surprised that they provide beach chairs. Perhaps the only negatives were a refrigerator with no ice maker and the master bed could use updating. The furniture was nice and amenities lovely. I would certainly stay here again.

  Our stay at Sanibel Arms West Unit A-1 was wonderful. Condo was very clean with all the needed linens, towels and kitchen equipment. There is no ice maker in the refrigerator, I did miss that. Having to refill ice trays gets old. Also there wasn't a pizza pan or a pot big enough to cook spaghetti in. Otherwise all the dishes and other utensils were good. We appreciated the cleanliness of the condo and just a few steps to the beach and pool was nice. We've been vacationing at Sanibel for years and years but this was our 2nd stay at Sanibel Arms West, previously for 3 weeks and this time for 11 days, we will return. We like the quieter east end of Sanibel for biking and walking and all the beaches are convenient. There is an ice cream shop, a cafe, the pier and lighthouse an easy bike ride away.

  We had a very nice stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the provided supplies to start our stay. We needed maintenance for a minor issue and they came that day and took care of everything. I would stay here again.
