  We vacation here every year. This unit is in need of some TLC/upgrades/maintenance. Unbeknownst to us, the AC was leaking and a bucket was perched precariously in the utility closet, which promptly spilled all over when the closet was opened.Mgmt provided fans to dry out the carpet and sent someone to look at the AC. Overall, unit was clean, but carpet and furniture are old and in need of replacement.

  It Is good place to stay. Very close to the beach from every unit. We stayed in A-4. This unit was good but needs some updates but we were comfortable in it but Wi-Fi never would come up. I will be returning because I am very comfortable there in the over 15times hours have stayed.

  We stayed in this unit for 1 week then moved to another unit on the gulf. This unit is quite shabby and long overdue for an update. Sanibel Arms west is a nice property overall.

  You have direct access to the beach from the property. The unit was spacious, clean, and has most everything we need. It had a lot of families there during Thanksgiving week. Only suggestion would be for management to install a few more grills on the property. There was a line every night during dinner time.

  We have never rented in a condo or any type of Airbnb so we did not know what to expect. The condo was clean and very roomy for the four of us. It was a short walk to the beach and we could not have asked for a better vacation to truly just relax and get away. We will definitely be looking at Sanibel arms West again for next summer!

  We've rented A4 for 28 years. Very nice layout and amenities. Clean. Great and quick customer service. YES I would recommend this place. We enjoyed tennis, shopping, and eating at MANY of the restaurants.

  This was our second time staying here and again we had an amazing vacation. Right on the beach, the pool was perfectly heated and the condo was clean and convenient. With little kids it’s so nice having a full kitchen and washer & dryer. This is now our go-to on Sanibel. No need to look elsewhere.
