  This is the 2nd time we've stayed in this 2 bedroom condo and absolutely love the location and accommodations. We always have fun in Sanibel and this unit was perfect for us. Since our last stay we noticed that some of the counter appliances were a little worn. The waffle maker was very old and broken but we made it work. We rewashed most of the flatware and coffee mugs because their was dried food on them and they were packed away in the cabinets. I think the cleaning could have been better. We found popcorn under the chairs after checking in and the kettle was rusty on the inside with water sitting in it. There was a little bit of early morning construction noise for a day or two but getting up early in Sanibel is never a bad thing! :) We would definitely stay here again. It's our favorite unit!!!

  We've stayed in 5 or 6 of these condos and A6 is by far our favorite!!! We love that there were two large beds in this unit. It is completely updated and the addition of a very quiet washer and dryer made a huge difference in the hours we were doing laundry. Our 5 person stay did not feel crowded at all. We loved hanging out on the front patio during the evenings. Kudos to Management and especially Chris! The staff was professional, polite and very accommodating. We observed how effective the staff was at handling unusually noisy visitors and in less than 24 hours the pool crowd and nighttime noise was greatly reduced! The only feedback I have for the condo owners are that the beds may be a little too firm for some & the volume of the living room TV is really low. We were at full volume level and couldn't hear it very well. Half of our party also did not sleep well while there because of the super firm mattresses. Maybe swap out the mattress for something a little less firm. The kitchen was well stocked with all appliances and utensils and we had some great meals thrown together here!

  We love Sanibel Arms West! It’s clean, well maintained and quiet. There aren’t any loud and inconsiderate guests when we’re there - which is perfect. Steve, Chris and Leslie in the office are incredibly helpful! The units are updated and have everything you need. Location is excellent too, beach, bike paths and restaurants!

  We had a great vacation on Sanibel Island and stayed at Sanibel Arms West Condominiums. Our condo was "as advertised", conveniently-located, well-furnished, and clean. The property management staff members - (we interfaced with Chris and Leslie) - were very professional and customer-service oriented. The reservation process and check-in/out went very smoothly.
  
  During our stay, we rode bikes on all of Sanibel's paved bike paths, spent time at the beaches, and did two excursions through Tarpon Bay Explorers. Both tours were led by naturalists. The first was a sunset nature cruise/pontoon boat ride, and the second was a kayak trail excursion through the mangroves within the J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge. Although we didn't see any manatees or dolphins on either tour, the birdlife was amazing, literally hundreds of birds!
  
  Sanibel Island is a beautiful place for nature-lovers and those who enjoy outdoor activities. We'll definitely be back next year!

  Our vacation was very nice at this place. The condo has an ocean view a decent amount from the side, and I Loved it! Overall everything was very good, except I wish the'd put a softer mattress in one of the rooms. My guys were fine with the firm ones, but I couldn't sleep.Other than that, everyone loved it! Thank you!

  The condo was beautiful and within great walking distance to the beach. Everything we needed for our stay away from home was found in the condo. Just bring your food, bathing suit, and sunblock... We did not have any issues and expect to visit again for another fabulous beach stay.
