  This was our first time staying at this condo and we had an overall great experience. We enjoyed how the beach was a short walk away (it did not have a direct view but it was nearby). The family loved shelling and how the beach was not overcrowded. One of the hair dryers did not work but management was quick to supply a new one. Also, there was a lack of kitchen equipment (ie. no pizza pan/cookie sheet).

  The condo property was beautiful, and quiet during our stay in early March. There were 3 outside grills that were never too busy, might have to wait a little bit if a busy time of night but everyone was friendly and easy to talk to, We had an upstairs unit, if you have trouble with stairs consider renting downstairs. Very sturdy brick steps, but steep and shallow. Even though the description said no ice, there was an ice maker in the freezer. Beach and property well kept, 3 areas to rinse off coming fromthe beach. Lovely stone paved driveway.

  We were mostly happy with the condo but a few things surprised us. The clothes dryer was missing the lint trap that I know all too well how this allows lint to get into the blower fan and more important, the heating elements. The dryer was also extremely loud which we called out on our list when leaving. Our master bathroom sink was fully clogged but it was fixed quickly by the support staff. Hard to imagine how it escaped the cleaning crew. The lighting in the condo was great although the light above the stove was burnt out.

  Excellent experience again at Sanibel Arms West, one of the best locations to stay on Sanibel for convenient access to the beach, a quiet and well maintained environment, and many of the benefits of home while still being affordable. I have stayed at numerous locations on Sanibel. This is a fantastic place to stay, particularly if you need to return throughout the day. You can easily stroll out to the shore for sunrise photos, and still get to any other location on the island at an early hour. Never had an issue or problem with any of the units I have stayed in, and the management office has been very accommodating. I recommend this property without any hesitation and I will be back.

  Not only does our family love to vacation in Florida, but we love the Sanibel Arms West. The nicest condos with very clean rooms. Close the Beach. A great place to relax and lay back. Love that Island time. This I think is our8th time to stay at this resort. Would not stay at any other. Period

  As always a great stay at this property. Clean unit and stayed here twice this year. Unit needs new shower door but besides that everything was great. Prop mgmt was helpful in many ways.

  We had a amazing time while staying here. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Very easy walk to the beautiful beach. Chairs and sand toys were provided which made the car ride down easier. Can’t wait to schedule our next trip.

  Perfect 4 day getaway! We were able to socially distance and enjoy wonderful walks on the beach. The kitchen is well equipped, which was great since we weren't comfortable going out to eat (missed going to the wonderful Sanibel restaurants!)
