  Wonderful, relaxing stay at Sanibel Arms West Unit B1. Condo was immaculate. Beautiful, had everything we needed to be comfortable, prepare meals, wash & dry clothes, beds are comfortable although the king bed could use some better, fluffy pillows. Pillows were flat and hard. Only other thing was the guests in the condo above ours were very noisey. Sounded like a herd of elephants stomping across the floor, dragging chairs across the floor, banging, jumping. Possibly had young kids? They were at it all night long.

  Loved the condo ! Had every single thing you could want and more! Extremely well stocked with kitchen items, beach items, books, games , extra towels - everything is here.   Our stay at Sanibel Arms West was fabulous. B-1 was an excellent location and the unit was very clean and well appointed. It was such a welcoming stay. The complex seems very safe and well monitored and check in and check out could not have been easier. I would highly recommend this unit!

  I feel so lucky to have seen this vacation home. It was beautiful, comfortable, clean as a whistle, location is perfect.   Overall A great experience! It's Sanibel! There were two things that I believe should have been mentioned before or during my stay! A routine service call for air conditioning arrived unannounced one day- I thought a call from office would have been appropriate. I did not receive a call but allowed the service to occur as a maintenance man was emptying the trash and hung around while air was serviced. Left the front door opened during service. A call or text would have been appropriate to alert me. The other thing that disturbed my serenity was that the unit above me was being renovated. There was sawing, shaking and crazy noises occurring all day into evening. The plastic light fixture on my ceiling fan fell off due to the above. It fell onto the bed and did not break but still scared me! Minor disturbances but when you vacation alone but I still think a heads up would have been appropriate. Nancy- for you- You need to update the umbrellas and chairs!!!! The umbrellas are full of holes or don't work! And thank goodness I was a party of one, as only one chair was good! Amenities need to be updated!! But overall, the condo is beautiful and comfortable!

  Very roomy place and the owner has updated the bath and kitchen. The seating area was very comfortable and there were loads of games and puzzles to entertain us. When I contacted the owner, she was very responsible and made sure things were taken care of.

  Beautiful restful vacation
  It’s probably was one of our best vacations we ever had it was so quiet in Sanibel and being so close to the beach so you can walk every single morning when you wake up and before you go too bed.
  The condo has everything you will ever need while you’re there from cooking utensils two chairs and umbrellas. It’s always really nice just to go and grill some seafood and enjoy fruit at your home and not have to go out every single time you’re on vacation.
  This condo and the condo association it’s exactly what you need when you just want to rest and have peace and quiet
  Plus with everything contact free it was so easy :) .

  We enjoyed our stay on this property. The condo is beautiful, newly renovated and had comfortable beds/furniture. We had all we needed in the kitchen. There were beach umbrellas and chairs available, which we used every day. I would highly recommend this property. The only drawback for us was the screened in pool. It would have been nice to have some sunny areas at the pool and the sundeck did not have enough seating. Good thing we were able to be at the beach almost every day.

  This was our first time to Sanibel Island and we loved it! We went for a week with our two young children (3 year old and 10 Month).
  
  The condo itself (B1) was outstanding with everything recently updated and fully stocked! We enjoyed most of our meals on the sun filled, screened in lanai! The King in the main bedroom was great for us and having the Queen Bed in the 2nd bedroom worked out well for our 3 year old. We were able to put a pack n play in the master bathroom so our 10 month old could have a nice dark and quiet spot to sleep!
  
  The Sanibel Arms West complex was also amazing since everything was so well maintained. The location made it easy to get anywhere on the island via car or the bike/walking path just outside of the complex. It had a great sense of community with everyone being so friendly including the property manager (Steve) and his staff and all the guests!
  The pool and beach were very just steps away from our condo, which was perfect with two small kids! We loved how expansive the beach was with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. It was great that the complex included tons of beach chairs & loungers for guests to use. Overall it was a great experience and we cant wait to come back again!

  This was our first time renting a condo, and we loved it! We were very happy with this clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated unit. It has everything you need to enjoy your time on the Island.
  
  A short walk to the beach with some of the best shelling we've found and shell washing stations when you come back from the beach. Nice quiet location with close proximity to great restaurants and shopping.

  Unit B1 at Sanibel Arms West is a perfect place to stay when visiting Sanibel Island. The location is incredible as it is just a short walk to both pool and beach. If you decide to rent a bike, it is only a 10 minute trip to scenic Lighthouse Beach, where you will likely see a wide open gorgeous sunrise, dolphins playing in the surf, and maybe even a seahorse! Unit B1 is beautifully decorated just like the pictures. A rare feature for this unit is that the 2nd bedroom is furnished with a queen and a twin bed instead of two twin beds, so it is nicer if you happen to be traveling with another couple instead of children. Condo owner, Nancy, is lovely to communicate with. She was just great at keeping us up to date about local conditions including those issues surrounding the novel corona virus covid19. Nancy was also available at all times and helpful for any questions we had before and during our stay. B1 is a very clean unit, the beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with anything you may need. Totally recommend it!
