  Awesome location! Your coffee will still be hot after you walk to the beach. The condo was clean and comfy. Watch out for the smoke alarm! It went off a couple of times and we weren’t even cooking. I was told could have been from leaving the doors open? Idk. And. Why do they take your beach chairs at 5:00? I love spending the entire day at the beach with an umbrella and a good book. If you plan to catch the sunset or want to stay on the beach after 5:00. Rent your own chair. Other than that. I would recommend!

  I love Sanibel. This was my third visit and my second stay at Arms West. Again, the accommodations are very nice. Everything is clean and ready for company. The only problem we had was a leaking dishwasher. I left a note when we left early in the morning and hope someone found it and looked into a repair.

  We have stayed in many different condos within Sanibel Arms West over the past 10 yrs. The property mgmt team is great. Having washer/dryer in your condo is huge and we use almost every day for swimsuits, exercise clothes, etc. One tip: most condos have king/twin beds but a few have 2 kings... that may not work with small kids!

  The unit was very clean and was a short walk to the beach. Sanibel arms west was very quiet and family oriented. They provide lounge chairs for its guests which is a plus if you forget yours or are flying in from other locations.The only negative, which is very small at that, was the fact that the fridge does not have an ice maker so you need to make your ice daily with the trays provided. We will definitely be back. The experience and the beach were fantastic.
