  Everything was great as always - clean and comfortable.
  There was a moldy damp smell when we first walked in which was cleared up by running the fans and using Damp Rid for humidity.

  We loved staying in unit B4 so much we booked it for next year. It was newly renovated and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed except beach/sand chairs that we could carry to the beach to sit on. When we stayed at Sanibel Arms each condo had sand chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The condo had everything we needed to cook and serve with. We invited 5 friends over for dinner and we had everything we needed. One couple liked it so much the,y we're going to book it for next year if we didn't. It had plenty of storage spaces in the bedrooms,kitchen and bathrooms each bathroom had a hair dryer
  Everything was neat and clean. The only things that weren't were a coupleq of the towels. They were stained and didn't look clean.
  Consumer service was good. She was courteous,friendly and very helpful. We had a visitor, a huge palmetto bug onebnight in the kitchen and the sprinklers went off and soaked the end of the lanai, some of the furniture and left a puddle in the lanai. When we went to the office and told her the next morning., she thanked us and said if we don't let them know they can't make it right. We barely got back to the condo when a man from pest control came by and sprayed in the condo and someone aimed the sprinklers in a different direction. She gave us the code to use the office and told us how to use the computer to get our return tickets home. Booking for next was very easy.
  We rented bikes and rode all over the island. We would recommend taking the Sanibel Triller tour of the islands. We got into 2 pods of dolphins and we thought they were going to jump into the boat. The Farmers market on Sundays is a must. Shopping is fun and a few restaurants we went to were Cheeburger,Cheeseburger,The Tipsy Turtle, Grandma Dots, Dantes Coal oven pizza and their outdoor Tiki Bar.
  All and all it was a wonderful week and we were so very comfortable in Condo B4! Can't wait to return next April!

  Another fun and relaxing, annual "Sisters Week" at Sanibel Arms West. Our Condo was just feet from the Gulf beach, nicely decorated and very comfortable.
  The staff is always helpful and friendly. We will be back with families in Feb. and April!

  After a long winter and in isolation for a year, our 2 week stay at Sanibel Arms was wonderful. The unit was very clean and meet all our needs. The maintenance staff was very helpful and attentive with taking care of several minor problems. The island is beautiful and the beaches are full of shells. This is a place to go for a very relaxing vacation. The many restaurants provided us with a great eating out experience. Our favorites were Timbers, The Fish House and Tipsy Turtle.

  We come back year after year. Love the location. Condo very comfortable. Property management very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Staff very accommodating. Laidback atmosphere and LOVE the beach! Would give "cleanliness" a 5 but carpet needs replacement and they are going to take care of that before we come back!

  The team at Sanibel Arms West are great. We've stayed there for years, and always had a great experience. They know the units and will guide you to the right ones. IN this case, we loved B4. Everything was recently updated (in the last year or two), and none of the furniture was worn or rundown. The master bed was nice, and newer mattress. Everything was very clean, and no insects or animals, etc. All functioned and the kitchen had everything you needed for a week.
  
  Close to the pool, and beach. We loved the back patio because it was so quiet facing the greenery and other building behind. We love Sanibel Arms West because its so family oriented and quiet at night.
