  Our stay at SAW was great. The walk to the beach was short, and it was never crowded. You can see a partial view of the water from the slider, which was great to wake up to. The only downside was that the condition of the condo could’ve been better—there is definite wear and tear on the furniture, and things were dated. Overall, we loved our stay, and would definitely consider coming back!

  I've been staying at Sanibel arms West for ~30 years. This rental was definitely not one of the nicest we have used. The layout was slightly different and numerous small things were not working.

  Clean and well maintained. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen. Washer and dryer was helpful. Partial view of the ocean. Well maintained grounds. Just a 2 min walk to the beach. Have stayed here before and would definately stay again!

  The location of this property is perfect especially if you are a beach person. The condo was very clean when we arrived. There is plenty of room, the beds were comfortable,plenty of good linens,the wifi and cable were excellent. The pictures on the website that show the condo are exactly what you get. Overall 4 1/2 starts. The only downside that we experienced was that the kitchen cabinets were a bit shabby and a few pans had seen their better days. Other than these few minor points it was a great month long vacation. The handle on the slider broke and I reported it to the office. Within 30 minutes a repairman came in and had it fixed in 10 minutes. Great service and attention to detail. If you want to relax either on the beach or in the condo, this is definitely the place for you. Very quiet and peaceful with good landscaping and plenty of parking. We have already booked again for next year.

  We had a wonderful time. The condo is really nice. The kitchen was big enough for the three of us. We particularly enjoyed the screened porch where we spent a lot of time. The closeness to the beach was a great thing too since we went down to the beach a couple of times a day.
