  Sanibel Arms West Unit C1 is a very well appointed condo just steps from the Gulf, the pool and the grills. There was ample parking for cars and bikes. The unit was very clean and all anticipated amenities were found. The two chairs with the ottomans were wonderful for allowing adults staying in the unit to stretch out.
  
  The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. The addition of the flowers to all the gardens did not go unnoticed. Thank you to the ground keepers for staying on top of trash removal and gathering the lounge chairs from the beach. Much appreciated.
  
  All of the staff is pleasant and makes you feel at home.

  This is 15+ times at Sanibel Arms West, and, as always, it was easy to book, easy to stay, and an all around pleasure to be there. We typically reserve 2 condos for the assembled family, and had C-1 and C-2 this year. Immaculately clean. Well stocked with basics. Everything worked as it should. A special mention to Stephanie, who made changing the reservation dates and condos painless. She is always pleasant and extremely capable.

  I’ve been staying at Sanibel Arms West since the 80s. The condo was clean and updated. The location was beachfront, right by the walk to the beach. However, there was zero view of the beach because of the overgrown “Shrubs”. Disappointing to pay for ocean front and not see it.

  The rental was amazing! It is just a few steps to the water. Very clean. It had everything we needed. Plenty of linens. Comfortable beds. The Sanibel Arms West staff was very helpful. There were lots of restaurant's with great food.
