  Sanibel Arms offers a relaxing venue and love all the folks we meet there. Many have been guests of this property for years. We appreciate the lounge chairs, well kept grounds and close proximity to the beach. This unit worked well; however, if you have four adults staying, be mindful of the twin beds which were very uncomfortable. Other properties on this site are more updated. We will definitely choose Sanibel Arms again, but maybe not this unit.

  This was our second time at Sanibel Arms. Great stay - our room was ready early and the staff was great, as always. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The only recommendation we have is to change out the carpets in this particular unit, but that didn't impact our stay at all. We will be back!

  The condo is in a wonderful location, so close to the beach with great views. We had all the appliances and gadgets needed to cook and eat meals. We loved being able to use beach chairs and sand toys provided. The negatives; this condo had an immediate musty smell upon entering, appliances in kitchen were old and had rust, lampshades, and cushions, bathroom ceiling had mildew stains, furniture and carpets had stains, ceiling fan made a grinding noise.
  I would definitely stay at sanibel arms west again, but not in this particular condo.

  Unit is comfortable enough to accommodate 4people.Hallway bathroom is very comfortable,however, the master bathroom is extremely small with no counter space.Very difficult to dress or put on makeup.Kitchen cabinets are brand new; however the appliances are NOT.Overall unit was clean witb plenty of clean bath blackout curtains in masterbed glass door 😣
