  HAVE BEEN ENJOYING SANIBEL ISLAND VACATIONS SINCE EARLY 80'S. We have stayed at a few other rentals but none compared to Sanibel Arms West. The condos are always clean well equiped kitchens, cheerful decor that is comfortable and cozy.

  We rented C-7 for my daughter and her family (2 adults and 2 small children). Unfortunately there was no tub stopper. She had to by a drain cover to bathe her kids. Also, one of the cupboard doors had a flange that fell off. That is, this door was to be shut first, followed by the adjacent one. Otherwise, the condo seemed to be in good shape.

  Condo was perfect. My wife and 2 daughters loved it. Great view of the beach for our meals. Each is wondeeful and water is warm.

  This is the third year that we stay at Sanibel Arms West for a week in the summer, and I have to say it was another lovely experience. This year we took an oceanfront unit on the top floor and the views were amazing! The accommodations were excellent, clean and well appointed. And the staff were as ever very helpful. Can’t wait till next summer.

  C7 was a nice vacation experience on the 2nd floor with a beach view. The unit was clean and furniture was comfortable. We had to wait 3hours for the unit to be ready (even though the money I owed was processed earlier in the day) and the manager on duty offered to pay for a beer on the Island while we waited. This did not help since I had traveled 12 hours with my 86 year old mother in tow. Besides a broken shower handle door, and a ceiling fan that hit the top of the cupboard when you opened a cabinet--all was well for the week. We used the pool every day and swam in the ocean for hours. We shopped the local groceries, bought t-shirts and dined out a few times. The Sanibel Marina had a nice fried grouper for lunch.

  We loved everything about our vacation and the condo at Sanibel Arms West. The view is exquisite and brought so much joy to our family. We lived cooking our meals in the kitchen while still being able to see palm trees, beach and ocean. The beds were comfortable and the grounds were well-kept. We can’t wait to return.

  It continues to be a delight to spend our vacation time at SAW. The location, island life, facilities, and units are all well-managed and maintained with tennis and shuffleboard courts plus a boat dock. All the comforts of home including washers and dryers in each unit plus chairs for the beach and lounges for poolside. Staff are ALL very caring, helpful and professional, SAW is our go-to relaxing vacation spot! Easy on/off island access.Sunrises, sunsets and great shelling on the beach. We are always sad to leave and very excited about our next visit Sanibel Arms West!
