  we have been coming to Sanibel Arms West sine the early 80's - we love this condo community! The office staff is always so helpful and friendly, couldn't ask for a better experience. If I had one complaint it would have to be not having Billy's bicycles available for the guest to rent fro the office.

  We loved Sanibel Arms West - great location and management made it easy to book, check in and check out! We especially liked the beachfront upper level unit and it's easy access to the beach and pool. The pool area is large, very clean and has lots of lounge chairs for sunning/reading! We also liked the business center where we could check email and print when needed. This unit was satisfactory - wish it had a few more accessories such as soap dishes, measuring cups/spoons/salt & pepper (who thinks to bring those things?) and a hook or two in the bedrooms. There was an extra pillow but no pillowcase. Having a washer/dryer was a bonus! The television in the living room is very small - looks big in the picture but in reality, is small. Living room seating is comfortable for tall folks but the dining room chairs worked since they have rollers to move around. Otherwise a comfortable unit. We'll come back to Sanibel Arms West for sure and recommend it to friends! Might stay in another beachfront unit though. Thanks to management for a great stay and change from the mountains of NC!!

  The vacation was great. We all had a good time and the weather was great. In the rental unit there were a few problems. The tv in the main living room did not work, the sliding door in the master bedroom would not slide open. The unit could also have a upgrade in the cookware.

  We have been to Sanibel many, many times and always stay at SAW. You can’t get any closer to the water. The units are all pretty much the same, it’s the furnishings that make the difference. C8 had comfortable leather furniture but we spent all our time on the balcony gazing out to sea. One thing to note, SAW does not provide any beach towels so you must bring your own. Our unit did not provide any beach accessories but there is a place where people drop off beach things they no longer need so we were able to grab some chairs although we had to rent an umbrella. I would recommend

  This rental unit has always been very clean and well equipped! Being on the second floor and a corner unit, the view is completely unobstructed and gorgeous! One unavoidable problem that we encountered is that we have stayed in this unit, same exact dates for many years. This year we were bumped because the renter before us last year wanted more weeks, therefore were pushed back later than wanted. I understand that a sale is a sale, and they did accommodate by finding us another corner unit, second floor. Just be aware that "bumping" could occur. Manager was very kind to take our call and help us to use the business center after hours when we needed it! Landscaping could be spruced up a bit, but overall, stay was wonderful!

  Was notified 2 days prior to our arrival to Sannibel Island by our airbnb host that our booked villa had a leak and he had contacted Steve at Sannibel Arms West and he had a unit for us to stay. We were very happy with our accommodations. It was a nice view of the water and was very relaxing. We enjoyed the weekend and reconnecting with old friends. We are very grateful to Steve for helping us out at the last minute.

  Another great year in C-8 although quite different due to Covid-19 restrictions. The unit was disinfected before our arrival and the staff followed protocols. We will be returning next year.

  A lovely vacation in charming Sanibel never disappoints. The space was clean and updated. The biggest complaint was about the bed in the master bedroom. Both my husband and I couldn’t sleep in the bed. It was hard as a rock and we both woke up with back pain. Beyond that detail, everything we needed was present and functioning.

  Our family spent the week at Sanibel Arms West. This rental, even though it was during COVID 19 was a wonderful respite. We were so close to the beach, ther was plenty of room, it was very comfortable and close to everything. I would highly recommend! I thought I would not like being on the 2nd floor but quickly realized that’s how you get the view!!

  We have stayed on Sanibel island every year for over 10 years and have found Sanibel arms West as the most ideal location in the island. The beaches are amazing and the location is convenient to everything including shopping, blue trails, groceries, and restaurants. Condo is very clean with amazing views of the gulf! Highly recommend!
