  Stayed in Jun 2022. The Condo was perfect. It was equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. Kitchen had everything and more. Washer Dryer was the best. The best shelling was right in front of Sanibel Arms Wests!!!
  One thing I would recommend is that you have a king size bed in 2nd bedroom not twins. Only other thing is that the vegetation between condo and beach be cut to a lower level, so that you can see the beach from the 1st floor sliding door.
  Places to eat, I would recommend Doc Fords and also Mudbugs. But cooking in, was easy!!!

  Overall we had a great time. Loved having a first floor rental. The furniture, etc. was very nice. The master bedroom mattress could use a replacement. Every day we found little worms on the floor but I guess that's to be expected in Florida. We did have one incident where we found a HUGE black spider in the master bedroom closet. Since it was after hours I called maintenance. The gentleman on call was very nice and would have come out but our neighbor killed it for us. When I went in the next morning to the office to report it and make sure the unit was on the list to have it sprayed, the individual at the desk was so nonchalant about the whole episode! Like it was no big deal and I was overreacting. The spider was as big as the palm of my hand!!!! Anyway, we would rent this unit again. It was very nice. Thank you.

  The condo is located on the first floor with an amazing view of the Gulf. It has huge patio doors that open wide. The condo is fully remodeled and new! Perfect family getaway.

  Unit D4 is a very nice unit with everything one needs for a break from the city life. This unit is next to the path to the beach with a view of the beach from the front window. Beautiful sunrise and sunset everyday unless it's cloudy.

  We decided to get out of Wisconsin for a few days to celebrate my wife's birthday. We have stayed at Sanibel Arms several times and were never disappointed! This stay was no exception- We had a great time!! Lots of sun and fun!!

  D4 is one of the nicest units we have stayed at in SAW. Everything you could want in the kitchen, loved the open concept! View is second to none. Pool heater was broken one day but immediately fixed. Location is perfect-don't have to fight Island traffic.

  We travel to Sanibel for Spring Break and July for Continuing Ed. This was the busiest July I have noticed, probably due to pent up demand and vacation CCU (Covid Catch Up). I was impressed staff at SAW have not missed a beat. They must be worn out like being in the 3rd overtime of a basketball game, but did not show it. It was another great stay.

  Sanibel is right on the beach. Beautifully kept grounds, quiet and relaxing. Condo is very clean and well kept. Staff are wonderful and you couldn’t expect more. Sanibel is close to grocery store, shops and all other excursions. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

  D4 condo had a good layout and well-stocked kitchen. Couches were worn out from use but the 2 reclining chairs worked great. The appliances were a bit loud for me but they worked during the week. We used the bbq grills for 6 nights straight and they worked fine. This unit is right next to the boardwalk, downstairs and most convenient to the beach. I would stay in this condo again.
