  There are some stains on the pocket door of the bathroom. Bathroom carpet needs to be thrown out. Couches and chairs are very uncomfortable, dirty with feathers coming out of cushions. The blinds cannot be opened. Under beds and couch is dusty and dirty. This unit needs updating.

  Gulf front unit with awesome views from the front lanai. Plenty of room for two couples. Well equipped with everything we needed. Exceptionally clean. Window blinds were inoperable and need to be replaced.

  Stayed 10 days and first time in Sanibel. Great location but condo needed some repairs and lacked some basic kitchen supplies like salt and pepper, no ice maker, some cracks in caulking, small wobbly ceiling fans, no cookie sheets, etc. grounds were well kept. Seems that master bedroom had hard bed and 32 inch tv and guest bedroom had a great bed and large 40 inch tv. Guest bed slept great. Overall, condo was nice but could use some minor repairs.

  We stayed at Sanibel Arms West end of May to the first of June. It was a great week. We were able to get chairs for the beach every day and it wasn’t crowded at all. The condo was great. It had pretty much everything we needed. We didn’t cook any meals there but if you do plan to cook, you will need sharp knifes (ones there were full) and measuring spoons. Other than that it had everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back.

  Loved our stay in unit D8. View amazing, the beds were very comfortable and plenty of linens for week long stay. Starter packs of supplies gave us time to shop. Had all of the utensil and cookware items needed (except non serrated paring knife). Fridge kept ice frozen and food cold! Only issue we had was the washer... Owner supplied a gorgeous high end LG high efficiency set. Our week was wonderful and i highly recommend! Amazed at how many really nice chaise loungers available for use on beach, too! Grounds clean and well landscaped. Easy check in and check out
  process.

  This was my third stay at Sanibel Arms West and all of the units have been beautiful. I selected a unit with an ocean view and was not disappointed. SAW provides lounge chairs for the beach and most units have a private umbrella which are constantly challenged by windy breezes. Shelling is amazing and we were fortunate to see lots of wildlife at Ding Darling and a local breakfast eatery.

  The apartment, in general, is very comfortable and has everything you need, very clean and comfortable furniture. Only two suggestions the sinks in the two bathrooms are very nice but not at all comfortable, and in the guest room instead of a king-size bed, 2 full-size beds would be perfect.

  We love Sanibel Arms West! This was our 5th trip to sanibel and we always stay at Sanibel Arms West. We have stayed in 5 different units and this was the first beach front unit we stayed in and we loved it! Clean and comfortable with a gorgeous view. We always feel like we’re home when we get there.
