  This was an amazing rental. Plenty of space in the units with fantastic amenities, and only steps from the beach. The condos are large enough for a full family with kids. Very clean, amazing showers, and minimal pests. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking to experience the beautiful island of Sanibel.

  My family has rented this unit from enthralling last 5-6 years. I was happily surprised at the renovations and the upgrades made to this unit!! I loved everything that was done!! The queen beds in the 2nd bedroom was brilliant!! Loved the upgrades to the bathrooms and the pass through from the 2nd bedroom to the bathroom!! Again, great move! There was only few things I was not very happy about. 1-some instructions for the washer and dryer would be helpful. 2.-the garbage drawer was cooked and would not close correctly. 3-there were 6-8 fraternity boys upstairs and were VERY noisy, wrestling, moving furniture all around their condo and bouncing some sort of ball in the floor. I did call the office and they said they would call the residents. I don’t know if they were called but nothing changed for my entire stay. I would love to stay at this condo again, but I think I need to stay upstairs that way I don’t have to deal with noisy neighbors. But again, I do love this unit!! Well done on the upgrades. Also the garbages were overflowing from Sunday-Wednesday.

  The location is great and staff was helpful the apartment was clean and comfortable my only complain is the dish washer needs replacement it did not wash nor dry correctly and I would add more towels

  Our extended family has been to Sanibel Arms several times for vacation. This was a great condo! Very clean, comfortable, and oceanfront. I chose this condo due in part to the 2 queen beds in the second bedroom. Will definitely rent this one again on return trips.

  This unit was beautiful. Well appointed. However the rusty dishwasher needs replacing, and the tall dining table is big for the space making it hard to get around to kitchen or patio. The stackable w/d were great but I had a hard time figuring out use (no instructions). A scrubby sponge would help in kitchen. Minor things!

  I always enjoy vacationing on Sanibel island. I have been staying at Sanibel Arms West for over 15 years. It’s the only place that I stay on the island. I enjoy relaxing on the beach or in the pool. There are many amenities available at Sanibel Arms West. Sometimes we enjoy cooking on the gas grill or sometimes we go out to the eat. I’m looking forward to my next trip there.
