  We had a great time at Sanibel Arms West but our visit was too short!! The only reason I gave the management office less than 5 is because I think they should have an into speech about the wifi connection, the property layout, usage of the grills, business office or gym. They just gave us our keys and we went to the room only to have basic questions afterwards. They were very friendly though but I would suggest some additional training is necessary. The property was a family destination and we had a great unit right on the water and lots of room inside, AC was ice cold. They have 3 grills but only 2 worked when we were there so I think they should check those daily to make sure they are working. All in all, it was a great visit and we will consider SAW again in the future.

  This condo was in the perfect location right near beach access. It was ample, clean and had everything needed for an extended stay. One thing that would make this condo superior would be more comfortable mattresses and better pillows.

  All admin stuff was efficient. Unit was clean and reasonably stocked with necessities. Minor issues were promptly handled with no disruptions to our stay. Surrounding units were frequently very noisy.

  Had a very enjoyable 2weeks. We requested a few accessories and convenience items for medical reasons and Sanibel Arms West Management was very happily accommodating. Due to Sanibel city government not fully open the vegetation was not trimmed which blocked the Gulf view from our condo.

  We were a group of 16 (4 families) and this property was the perfect setting to enjoy a week scape together. All units were well managed, clean, comfortable, we would visit each other and enjoy the beach and the accommodations during our stay. Definitely a near future repeat.

  We really enjoy each year our vacation here. We love environment and the complete SNNIBEL Island. We ride a bike and walk on the beach, visit restaurants, shops and take an delicious ice cream, great. See you next year.

  We love Sanibel Arms West, however our rental unit needs as serious upgrade, the couches sink down and are hard to get out of, the glass on the dinning room table need to be moved and cleaned, but staff was great and view was awesome, going back next year!

  This condo was perfect. Right on the beach, everything was right there for us to enjoy including shuffleboard, Pickleball, shell cleaning station, and, of course, the beach with chairs! We biked or walked everywhere. Loved it!

  This is a very spacious and well-equipped condo. The beach is beautiful and uncrowded. It’s just a short drive to get to stores, restaurants, The Darling Preserve, the lighthouse, Captiva, and Ft. Myers. Opportunities abound for walking/running, biking, kayaking, swimming, and kite surfing, just to name a few activities! This is an excellent spot for a relaxing beach vacation!

  Good experience overall however, we would like to request a change of the mattresses and more supervision on the cleaning crew since we found a pair of shoes under the master bedroom's bed. We assumed they did not clean or vacuum under the bed.

  Wonderful stay, great staff, everything was provided, except your food. The only thing missing was a chair or recliner, we had a sofa and love seat but no chair to put your feet up!
