  We love Sanibel Arms West!! We have been coming here for at least 6 years and will be coming back. The only issue we head with the condo was that there was sand on the floors, couch and rug when we got there and had to vacuum it all up. Not a big deal, but when you are paying for cleaning, you kinda expect it to be clean when you walk in. Other than that the place was amazing.

  The Unit E5 was clean and very spacious, a home away from home. The light coloration made it feel bright and home like. The furniture was in good condition and comfortable. Everything within the unit they we used was operational and in good condition.
  There were two issues I found with the unit. The first being the difficulty it was to lock the glass slider door. I only managed to actually lock the door twice. I had to make sure the screen door was looked in order to insure nobody walked into this unit. The second issue was with the main screen door. The metal latch used to hold the screen door open was broken. Every time we went in & out of the unit we had to make sure the broken metal was in the correct position so the screen wouldn't tear.
  With the exception of the above two issues this was a very nice unit.

  The condo is updated, open, and clean. Lovely. Renters should know that the "twin" beds are actually dorm size so small for an adult. Could use new pillows. Otherwise, top notch.

  We have been staying at Sanibel Arms West for 10 years. We love the convenient location on the beach, and E5 has great views from the lanai. E5 also has grab bars in the bathroom, for those of us who are getting older. The condo is well maintained. The cabinets and countertops are new, but the bathtub and shower are showing some wear and tear. The staff are helpful and responsive. We will be back next year.

  This was our second trip in unit E5. Very clean and very consistent with our first visit. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had broke the coffee pot on Sunday and I found one of the cleaning staff working in another building who immediately helped me find a replacement. We have stayed at Sanibel Arms West numerous times over the past 25 years and always have a great time!

  We have stayed at Sanibel Arms West complex many times previously and love the location of the property. The view from the lanai can't be beat.
  However, we were disappointed to see the general landscaping of the property has declined since our last visit.
  Our unit needed to be better stocked in the kitchen. There were limited cereal bowls, dinner forks, pot holders, placemats, etc.

  We have been coming to SAW for a number of years and the location can’t be beat. The pool is covered and a big hit with little kids and the beach is relatively in crowded. Each unit we have stayed in is different and some more updated than others. E5 was a great location and the decor was decent. The office was quick to address some of the issues we had so that’s always appreciated. Only negative was the the outdoor furniture really needs to be replaced as many pieces were either broken or very worn out. Hopefully, in time, bike rentals and other amenities will return to normal! Definitely recommend to people visiting Sanibel.

  We go to Sanibel at least once a year. We have stayed in other places until we found this one a few years ago. Now this is the only place we stay.   We've stayed at this unit numerous times over the last 15 years or so. This unit is a home away from home. There usually minimal issues with the unit when we arrive. Being on the second level gives a nice view of the beach. We did have a couple of issues. With the current times everything was put into the lockbox which wasn't communicated, nor did I have the code to get into the box. This was an issue for sure. Secondly, once I got the envelope I was given to instruction on how to get wi-fi, but the book which I was to look up the information was not in the unit. This was an issue being with two 21 year olds. As for everything else the closets were stocked with plenty of towels & face clothes. The kitchen was also stock with everything to prepare meals.
