  Lovely condo with a very beachy feel. Yellow and blue décor was very appealing. The tile floors were very easy to keep clean. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes, pots and pans to easily make a shrimp boil or sautéed shrimp with pasta. We spent most of our time on the screened in porch. overlooking the beach. Nice table to look at our sea shell finds of the day. The location was an easy walk to the lighthouse, a quick drive to the Marina for lunch or dinner, and and easy drive to Baileys or Jerrys for groceries. Remember to bring your sun screen and beach towel.

  Unit was clean, well stocked, great location to beach, and beautiful view!
  Appliances (dishwasher and refrigerator) were new and kitchen and bathrooms counter tops redone with granite.
  The two barrel chairs could use cleaning as it appeared there was some stains on one of them. Some of the decorative pillows could also be cleaned or replaced.

  We have been coming to Sanibel for 30 years and this was another amazing vacation. Our room was well prepared, clean and perfect for us when we arrived. In my opinion, the best characteristic of this unit is the view. You have a full gulf view and that itself was well worth the cost. The grounds were exceptional and we had a great experience.
