  Our family and extended family have stayed in Sanibel Arms West for the last 40 years. We love the location of the property, however we are a bit disappointed with the upkeep of the units. The furniture, bedroom comforters and even the appliances in some of the units need to be renewed/updated. I feel like they are the same ones we’ve had for years. Our refrigerator worked but did not cool sufficiently and the kitchen supplies, some things very old which should be replaced as well.

  We live only 60 miles away and decided last minute to have a quick "staycation". The challenge with renting online is the unit is rarely as advertised. This unit was EXACTLY as pictured. The price was reasonable. Although the unit could use an update, it was clean and more than reasonable. Definitely a redo!

  this is a well kept and appointed condo. Had difficulty with dish washer but after it was rreported they inspected and replaced. A good view and nice surroundings.

  We always enjoy our stay at Sanibal Arms West. The property is clean and very well-kept. The unit is comfortable and well-appointed. The only complaint is the noise from the unit above. The occupants walked very heavily at early morning hours which woke us up. Other than that, our stay was enjoyable.

  We had a lovely 10-day vacation. The condo was clean and comfortable. The King bed in the master BR was heavenly! We loved the location facing the Gulf. Enjoyed morning walks and plenty of sun bathing on the beach. We will be back!

  This was our 4th year staying at the Sanibel Arms West condos and it was wonderful! I’m a Floridian and can’t believe there was never a cloud in the sky and no rain for the entire week. Doesn’t get any better than that.

  We look forward to returning to this fabulous condo group. A special high five to the young men who daily make sure the lounge chairs are completely up from the beach and with a SMILE. ContactLESS felt strange had hoped to meet the wonderful staff. Pickleball was a great bonus! Billy's bikes, Cielo and Jerry's Groceries are highlights.

  We have been staying at this Sanibel location for over 30 years! Our family rents several units for 1-3 weeks during the summer. The units are equipped with everything you need, the location is ideal -on the beach, close to great food joints, island shopping, museums, excellent book store and bike rentals. Most units we stayed at have been updated and comfortably accommodate 6-7 people of ages 4 to 95! Each time you exit, there is a toll to re-enter the island.
