  Leslie and staff are great to work with. Beachfront units are simply super from the standpoint of access to the beach and view. Units are aged and could use more than a refresh--but they are rentals after all. Property had everything we needed or wanted and we will return (already booked for next year).

  We have visited our favorite place, Sanabel over 40 times in the past 41 years. We honeymooned here 41 years ago and it took us 19 years to get back and in the last 22 years we have been here over 40 times. Our daughter got married here on the beach right at Sanibel arms west 8 years ago on Valentine’s Day it was a wonderful experience. We rented over nine condos for some of the guests and Steve treated us very very well. That being said on our trip here in March was somewhat of a disappointment. Even though our condo was a golf front unit it was let’s say tired, especially the bathrooms with rust, and some mold. We have stayed at Sanibel Arms West several times and always feel welcomed and are always very well taken care of. I just wish all the condos were equally as beautiful inside especially when you’re paying the highest cost for a gulf front unit, One more very important thing, for myself and my husband is the fact that we fly down therefore we have no beach chairs that we bring ourselves, however at Sanibel Arms West they have beautiful white loungers that they bring down to the beach so you can always count on a very relaxing comfortable time on the beach. The exercise workout room is awesome also! All in all it’s a great place to stay I would just be very careful which unit I chose in the future.

  I have stayed at SAW many times. Location is great with great beach access. The staff - Courtney, Stephanie and Steve are wonderful - very helpful, professional and friendly. The condos are well maintained. The lay out of condos and supplies are very good. The staff is great if something is needed. Clean.

  I took my 2 adult daughter and their daughters (5yo and 4 months old) on a week long trip to just relax and be with each other. Best decision to use this condo! It was perfect for the 5 of us! Beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and had every thing we needed. The pull out couch was very comfortable to sleep on! We hope to come down again and we will definitely be staying here, yet again!
