  Our condo was in a great location to see the ocean and easy short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and all was clean. We were close to good restaurants, shopping and bait shop. I would stay here again. If I had any complaint, it would be that is time get a new skillet.

  We had an outstanding time at our SAW rental, unit F4. We booked online and any questions were answered promptly by Stephanie. Having a full kitchen and laundry was ideal. We were ocean front and steps to the beach where we found fantastic shells. While we rented a car you could do without. Most things we wanted were a bike ride away. We did drive to Captiva for a shelling charter with Captiva Cruises. Loved it. Snorkeled and shelled off a very private beach. Ding Darling was a bike ride away too. Can’t wait to return.

  The beach front location was great the units furniture is showing it's age, plus the front bathroom is setup for a wheelchair high toilet which is way to high for a normal person making it unusable for the women in our party otherwise everything work well.

  Despite a rocky start (our late check in envelope contained the wrong unit's key, and to our surprise, the emergency on call person does not stay on-island), we enjoyed our time in unit F4. We figured with it being a 1st floor unit we wouldn't *really* be able to see the water, but we were pleasantly surprised with a lovely view. The unit had all the things you might need, including kitchen gear, basic paper supplies, and even games, puzzles, movies & tennis equipment to use at the courts on site. The only minor thing we could mention is that the two living room armchairs are incredibly worn and the unit's overall appearance may be better served by simply removing them.

  2021 was our first time at Sanibel Arms West and we booked for 2022 before we left. We loved the view from our gulf front unit. The unit was well appointed and well taken care of with everything we could want for our visit. Loved having the washer and dryer in the unit, the availability of beach chairs, a shelf of books and the grill nearby. A very friendly group of people there are the same time we visited.
