  Sanibel is a beautiful place, Sanibel Arms West Condominium needs some touches like cleaner restrooms and more beach umbrellas. the maintenance staff was great.

  Our 2nd stay love the location and property. Unit could benefit from a steam clean of tile grout and furniture. Newer carpet and well stocked kitchen. HVAC system on roof was noisy especially in twin bedroom. Managers say they are working on resolving it. This location is awesome! We’ll be back.

  Unit F6 is a very nice unit! Looks like some updating has been done recently as well. There was nothing that we needed that was not in the unit. The relaxing views of the Gulf from the second floor screened balcony is absolutely peaceful! If this unit is available next year we will certainly try and book this one. All of the staff is always very friendly on any of your interactions. The property looks nicer every time we visit which is understandable as when you are ocean front in Florida you are always recovering from a recent hurricane and this is the 4th time in 3 years we have been here so we have seen the improvements. There are also so may amenities offered right on property that you just can not get to them all! Great Unit!!

  A very nice clean place. Very comfortable. Nice everything inside the condo. Most importantly, beachfront. Only steps away from the beach and the view every morning was spectacular. You can watch the sunrise/sunset over the ocean everyday! Wife loved searching for shells. Multiple restaurants within driving or bike ride. Lots of bike riders on the island, which helps with automobile traffic. This condo is perfect. We will be back!

  Absolutely loved staying here! The unit was clean and beautiful with the perfect beach feel! The views of the gulf and the amazing stars in the night sky were absolutely breathtaking! Loved having use of the beach chairs and the easily accessible bike racks! I would have liked to have a few more lounge chairs available on the beach.

  This condo has a perfect view of the ocean. We love the double patio doors opening to a screened in porch. The furniture isn’t very comfortable to sit in. However the kitchen was nicely stocked with everything needed to eat all meals right in the condo. Master bathroom is a bit small, the other bathroom is much larger. We loved having a washer & dryer. Overall we love staying at SAW and being steps away from the beach!

  Everything was first rate, comfortable bed, ample amenities in kitchen. Spacious and wonderful views. Pool seems awkwardly distanced, but its satisfactory. Only complaint would be lack of flexibility with checkout time very early, 10 am. Most resorts allow til 11 minimum.

  This is the second time I have stayed at Sanibel Arms West with my family. Truly enjoy the great access to the beach. The views are amazing and the beach is not very crowded due to limited public access. I was slightly disappointed that the shuffleboard was taking away due to COVID-19. We enjoy that activity and it is one reason we choose to go to this condominium. Seems that some condo owners wrongfully complained to the management staff. Don't use the facilities if you feel you can't wash your hands!! Family's were definitely social distancing at the condo and the island. Management staff does a superb job. Well maintained grounds.
