  We loved the view, room and beach views! This year was our 4th year and was the loudest it had ever been. Music blaring in units for the whole place to hear, on the beach, same party taking all the chairs. I usually always book a year in advance too. Unfortunately with the price increases and the loudness we are probably going to skip next year. We have truly enjoyed this little piece of paradise. Unfortunately we just don’t think it’s worth the cost anymore.

  We love staying at SAW - our rental is on the beach and because it's the second floor, we have an amazing view of the Gulf! The apartment and grounds are always clean and well kept. Staff is always helpful. The new landscaping is an added bonus. Enjoyed going to Lighthouse, Ding Darling, CROW and Shell Museum. Island Cow and Easy Over are our favorite places to eat. Been coming here for about 5 years and plan on continuing.

  This condo is very nice. The kitchen is stocked good. I bring some of my own things and really did not need to. I do have a petty complaint. The can opener needs to be replaced. The condo is clean and up to date. We really liked this condo and will stay here again.

  We stayed here for three weeks in Feb-Mar 2021 and the property exceeded our expectations in every way. The condo complex is not as shiny new as some others, but it has all the amenities, and Unit F-7 has been recently refurnished and equipped with new kitchen appliances, smart washer and dryer, TV's in every room, all with cable boxes, and fast wifi. The kitchen has enough to cook for and serve a gathering of at least twelve.
  Every morning we had our coffee in the balcony and saw the sun rise over the ocean, and then walked to the secluded beach.
  Location near the causeway is a time saver. Nearby attractions include fine dining and casual restaurants, other beaches for sunsets and picnics, unique nature reserves, not to be missed Sunday farmers' market, and "Billy's Rentals" for bikes and beach umbrellas.
  
  We were ready to extend our vacation but the unit was not available.

  This was one of the cleanest condos we have ever stayed in and we have stayed at several throughout the US and the UK. There were plenty of towels, which was nice so we could change halfway through the week. The only minor issue we had was access to a beach umbrella due to the office being shutdown for covid. I could have called the office number and pursued this but didn't want to make the effort. It was very humid when we were there, so sitting outside wasn't that appealing anyway. We were in unit F7 facing the beach. The view was lovely and very easy access to the beach with a hose to clean everything off when we returned. It would be nice if a few packets of sugar, salt, and pepper would be provided. I understand the issue with food and ants in this climate, but if a few were provided in a plastic container it would be nice.
