  I think this is the tenth year we have stayed in F8. We keep coming back. I really enjoy sitting in the lanai drinking my coffee and watching the waves roll in. As usual the unit was very clean.

  This was our 8th or 9th year staying at Sanibel Arms West. We will continue to stay here due to the location, comfort and convenience of this place. Close to everything, cleanliness and it’s updated decor make this our go to vacating spot.
  Our only issue are that the beds are hard as rocks. We often wind up sleeping on the couch because of the beds.

  Although we were only able to stay 3 nights, we had such a fantastic time and experience! The condo was impeccable and the view was phenomenal. Waking up every morning with the sound and view of the ocean cannot be beat. The beach was a few hundred feet away and we rarely ever left because it was beautiful. White sand, covered in shells, and severely under crowded. This beach was like a hidden gem. We will for sure be staying at F8 again!

  We loved the location, short walk to the beach, beautiful sunrises off screened lanai. Unit was clean upon arrival and it has nice tile flooring that extends unto the lanai. I would stay again.

  Very nice place! THANKFUL FOR THE NEW BEACH CHAIRS! The community ones were AWFUL. Lounge chairs were nice to have! BUG SPRAY!

  Master left faucet handle is leaking a bit
  Longer patio fan chain
  Go to all steel pans
  Mark the lip to the sand wash area-several times people tripped

  This is our fifth visit to Sanibel Island. Each time we have stayed at Sanibel Arms West. We have stayed in a different unit each time. The F8 unit is our favorite thus far. We plan to put a deposit down on this unit for next summer very soon. It is newly renovated and very welcoming. We highly recommend the property and this unit (just not for mid-June next summer)! :)

  We've stayed here in January for the past 3 years and plan on coming back in 2022. The location on the beach is great, the staff very helpful and the amenities (pool, tennis courts, business center, beach, etc.) are all fantastic, This year we were very impressed with the lengths they went to sanitize both the residences and common areas from Covid. We saw firsthand how each residence was not just professionally cleaned but sprayed as well. We felt safe at all times and will be coming back. Especially enjoy the lighthouse, many beaches, Ding Darling, Island Cow, CROW and everything else that Sanibel and Captiva have to offer. And, the dolphin cruises on Captiva Cruises are amazing! Look for our car with the Detroit Tigers license plate holder near the beach untis.

  Everything about my 3 week experience staying at Sanibel Arms West was perfect...and has been for the 20+ years I have been coming to Sanibel to enjoy paradise. Furniture was homey and comfortable in my unit, but may need to be updated in the near future (in the living room and master bedroom).Kitchen is very well appointed.
