  All in all, we had a super week at Sanibel Arms West. It helped to have ideal weather. The condo was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. It could use a little sprucing up, but that was my only negative.

  This was our second time staying at Sanibel Arms West. We were looking for properties to purchase that would be managed onsite, but we could come and stay a few weeks out of the year. There were currently no properties at SAW for sale. We have been watching for a couple years. The unit we stayed in had great location, but was a little dated compared to other units. The screen porch and door to the porch worn. The unit was clean and overall worked great for our stay. We love the low key feel of SAW.

  Had a wonderful week stay on Sanibel. Condo was perfect for the 4 of us, steps to the walkway out to the sandy beach. This unit is nicely appointed and only issue would be the master bath is amazingly small.
