  Have stayed there many times always a great stay. Apt’s are very clean and comfortable and 3 minute walk to the beautiful Sanibel beach. The office staff is great and keep the maintenance of the property up. I have no negatives however some apt’s are a bit dated but well kept any problems and it’s taken care of right away

  Loved our stay. Friendly staff and other renters. Property was well maintained and nice. Unit could use some updates but overall would recommend. Only complaint was it desperately needed a new mattress on the king size bed. Parking was a little congested on the weekend.

  We love staying at Sanibel arms. It has lots of space and is always very clean. Even though this is a first floor unit, there are still 4 stairs to go up to get there, so if you are physically challenged, maybe a different building would be better, like building C.

  The condo was very clean. The only issues were the toilets would run and wake us up at night. The dryer door hinge must be loose because it would fall down. Couple suggestions: more pillows or more filling very flat. They were not so good. We rolled up towels for pillows. The screen door needs to be updated and maybe better lighting at night. Otherwise, had a wonderful time there. I would choose this condo again next year.

  Condos clean, comfortable, good layout and well decorated
  Good amenities - I did notice this year a need for some updating kitchen ware and appliances
  Staff very helpful

  Condo and amenities were great. Loved the quietness of the island. Only issue in condo was the shower door in the guest bathroom is broken and fell off when we tried to use that shower. We will definitely be returning for another visit!
