  We’ve been coming for numerous years. Back first time in three years due to Covid. Love the area, beautiful beach, condos are very clean, family oriented and staff very friendly. In this unit, the drapes on patio door needs to be updated, and master bedroom closet door needs to be repaired and the fridge needs to be updated. The unit was nice, but needs some updates. We will be back. We booked very late and we only had two units to pick from. All and all we were satisfied. Gas grills need to be replaced. Out of three, 2 worked and one didn’t have temperature gauge.

  Very nice condo had everything we needed. All of the appliances worked well. Especially liked the washer and dryer. It does need a dust pan. This wasn’t our first time on Sanibel but we discovered new to us nice places to eat. The Bubble Room, Sweet Melissa’s cafe. Yes I would and have recommended this place to others.

  I/we have been staying with SAW for over 20 years. We have always been pleased with the condo's we're rented. They are always clean, in good repair and we have always been treated as well and respectfully. The staff is always helpful. One year a water heater needed replaced and we were given access to the condo next door for showers, laundry and kitchen duties. Would highly recommend and we plan to return. In fact I've been planning my/our next trip there.

  We found this gem of a location peaceful and serene! Stayed in one of their units last year winter and fell in love! So happy to revisit Sanibel and find it home again! All the amenities in the condo as described! Very roomy and comfortable! Well stocked kitchen! Enjoyed having two decks to relax on with morning coffee and reading. Love visiting Doc’s for cocktails & dinner! Staff at condos were very pleasant and helpful! Pool and top deck very relaxing. Beach loungers were very nice! Shelling was spectacular in this area! Very well kept landscaping. We definitely will visit again, hopefully yearly!!!

  Our family of four loved our stay in this unit. It has been fully renovated with comfortable decor. It had plenty of room for our family of four. It was just a small walk to the beach and the pool though it is not directly next to either. It was also very easy to ride bikes to all the shops and restaurants on Sanibel. We have already recommended this unit to our friends who are going in a few weeks.

  This is the second time we were at this property. Love that you can select the units ahead of time. Property is always clean and neat looking. Easy beach access and on pretty much the best section of Sanibel Island Beaches as we have walked the whole thing. Great for families with kids. With Covid they are working on several of the buildings to refresh them for this coming season but other than scaffolding it was not an impact on the guests. Great place! give them a try. This unit was very nice and updated feeling. Everything in excellent working condition.
