  Wasn't as happy as rental in G-1 in 2019. Recliner was broken. Spare bathroom tub didn't drain, and toilet ran constantly. Floors were dirty and furniture needed cleaning. Management was great getting some issues resolved. I do hope everyone stays safe and wish you the best with Hurricane Ian. God Bless you all!!!

  My best friend and I rented a different unit for a girls' getaway week. Checked in on a Saturday and found that the unit had not internet, Wi-Fi or cable television available. Called Steve on Monday morning, and he sent his maintenance guy (name escapes me), who arrived very quickly and determined that there were, indeed, no Comcast services. He did all the things, rebooted router, etc., and was unable to solve the issue due to a snafu with Comcast. Steve quickly determined that this unit was unoccupied, and offered it as an alternative to the original unit. We moved our belongings downstairs and settled in. The unit was very comfortable - kitchen well-appointed (despite the refrigerator's incessant beeping for a new water filter), and the beds quite comfortable. We enjoyed the lanai during noseeum downtime, and the location was ideal. The only issue was a huge group of people across us in building M, who were very loud all day, every day, and hogged the pool and many of the beach chairs under their enormous canopy on the beach. It made the usually quiet and peaceful beach a bit like South Jersey, with pounding Latin music and shrieking and loud horseplay in the water all day. We will chalk that up to the time of year, and would definitely stay here again at a less crowded time. This unit is a great place to enjoy the beauty that is Sanibel.

  We spent two weeks at Sanibel Arms West. Our condo was lovely except that the furniture is getting a little tired and needs to be replaced. Condo community is quiet and well managed. The outdoor patio was not clean and had to be swept and mopped before using.

  This was our second year staying at SAW in H1. We love the location, ease of beach access and proximity to grocery/shopping. The staff is courteous and friendly. Overall we would rate our stays 8/10. One complaint was that the I ce maker in frig quit working and even though it was reported, no action was taken. Also, it was tough to find a beach chair compared to last year (even though it seemed there were less residents).
