  Been staying here since 1993. Property and staff is not nearly as nice as it used to be. Very dark at night not well lit around interior complex. Used to give a frequent flyer or AAA discount not this year. Condo was nice have stayed there several times like that you can walk right out the front door to the pool. Pool water was very warm found out the heat was on not sure why it was mid August.

  The condo is perfect, the pool is clean & perfect, the beach is white sand clear water perfect. We swam, walked, biked, shopped, ate great food, went boating, toured Ding Darling Wildlife refuge & saw manatees, alligator and baby birds. We got great exercise, great rest and made friends again. We'll be back soon.

  We have enjoyed vacationing on Sanibel Island for years. It is our ‘all time favorite’ place to get away during the winter months. Our unit at Sanibel Arms West was perfect. It’s exactly what we needed. We enjoy biking, walking the beach, swimming in the pool and sitting in the comfortable chairs on the beach reading and watching birds.

  We have loved this unit and stayed in it many years. Being of a certain age, it was especially good because it's a walk-in with no stairs. And the view outdoors to the pool and beyond is lovely.

  It was very comfortable for 6 people. If something didn’t work they fixed it right away. Very clean, landscaping was well kept. Beautiful place to stay with a big family. The maintenance/management staff was nice and easy going.
