  Our first stay in this building, unit I2. First impression, walk in and it's beachy, cool, lovely. We loved this unit. The furnishings were beautiful, Beds were awesome, I'm fussy about beds. We slept great. Beautiful grounds, very neat and clean. A few nights were noisy from upstairs but the grandkids had arrived and it was loud. Overall, just wonderful. Easy to rent bikes and ride the trails to get groceries at Jerrys, happy hour at Fishouse and Mudbugs, really a fun adult vacation. Finnegans will deliver bikes to your door before you arrive. What a great service. You DON'T need a car on Sanibel!!!

  The couches are not very comfortable.
  Also their knives need to be sharpened.

  We have always enjoyed Sanibel. We enjoyed eating out, eating in, dancing, walking the beach, sitting on the beach, shopping, etc. The weather was beautiful. It was a bit far from the beach.

  A wonderful stay on our return visit to this unit. Check in on our late arrival was easy. The property was absolutely clean and we had no concern about the COVID virus. We had most of our meals in the unit which was a breeze with well stocked utensils. Barbecue on the gas grill was easy. Dining in the lanai was enjoyable overlooking the pool. Bedtime on a comfortable king bed made for a relaxing night sleep. We are definitely returning.

  The Washer went out on Saturday. Talked with Office on Monday. maintence checked the washer, “bearings shot”! The office let us go next door to wash & dry our clothes. They brought the new Washer on Thursday. It is not a stackable unit,even though they made it that. The dial for the dryer is so night,you can’t reach it to program it or read the digital display.
