  The resort was nice but our unit was disappointing and we will probably not want to stay in that unit for future visits. The furniture was extremely uncomfortable and all three of us felt it needed replacing, and definitely not leather. The kitchen design in this unit was tight and not up to par in comparison to other units we have stayed in such as i1. We will definitely be returning and enjoying the wonderful pool.

  Nice place close to the beach, could use real wash rags in the kitchen as well as some hand towels. Was bummed there were no board games at all...internet works some of the time...but it was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

  Nice condo, furniture and beds. Bathroom off of 2nd bedroom is a plus. We did encounter a bug problem, but we bought some spray and that helped. The facility could have been cleaner when we arrived. There was dirt on the refrigerator, in the bathroom on the floor and sinks, and lots of dust bunnies and snacks under the beds.

  It was clean, wonderfully updated Condo. This was our second stay at SAW. We don’t have a bad thing to say about the property. We love the pool and proximity to the ocean and that they provide grills and beach items. It’s within a bike ride from many of the beaches. The only complaint about the condo was that the king size mattress and bed was very broken down. After five nights of sleeping on it, we were ready to go home and get a good night’s rest. Not enough to make us not stay there again, but it could def use replacing.

  A good unit, needs the guest room beds undated .
  I enjoyed my stay and the finally got the dishwasher replaced at the end of the first week. Steve is a good manager and has helped my husband and me over the years. His Son Chris is so polite and helpful.

  We reserved Sanibel West Arms for a long weekend so my daughter could tour FGCU, and we could sneak in some much needed beach time. The condominiums were clean, comfortable beds and all the amenities of home. The late check in process was easy. There were no bicycles due to COVID, and that was disappointing. But we had a rental car. Many food places on Sanibel close at 8pm. If there was a cooler in the unit, for the beach, we missed it.

  We have stayed at Sanibel Arms West several times. This was our first time in this unit. It was wonderful! Close to the ocean, and has the best pool on the island. The furniture was the most comfortable furniture we have ever had in a rental.
