  Beautiful, Beautiful very well decorated, clean, good location, rode my bike all over. Staff very helpful and nice. Only thing lots of kids in pool very loud.
  But kids are kids always loud and fun. Still very nice place highly recommend.

  Generally good. The complex itself though needs a couple of improvements-there was only one computer in the business center for the entire complex, and the mixed rock that covers the screened porches and landings is very uncomfortable to walk on and is badly crumbling on the landings. Condo was nice-just need to check bedding because a blanket pulled out of the closet had red on it (not sure if it was dried blood or something else) and the furniture in the living room wasn't that comfortable and didn't seem that clean. Otherwise, everything was nice and loved how close to the beach it was.

  We have rented at sanibel Arms West for many years. Most of these years have been multiple weeks (5;weeks this year). We love .sanibel and we like Sanibel .arms West, However before we even got there this year we found out we would be unable to rent a unit for 5 weeks straight next yesr. in previous years returning renters were able to rent before new renters could take their times and units, That policy was changed with no warning. SO we were unable to get a 5 week rental for next year. In the past a minimum deposit was accepted. Now 1/3 of the next years is requiredd, For us, that means they have over $3000 of our money for a year, So...our complaint is not with the unit or the property. We love it, Our complaint is the reservation process being changed definitely to our disadvantage. Many of the other returning people who were there when we were there felt the same way. Property management needs to have consistent policies so vacationing at Sanibel Arms doesn’t mean being anxious about the next year before you have enjoyed the present year. it’s extremely disappointing.

  I have stayed in a few different condos there for the last 30 years. This unit I-5 is by far my favorite. It is beautifully decorated and well appointed with everything you could need. We certainly felt very welcomed and comfortable. We will most definitely be staying here again and telling everyone about it.

  We overall had a great experience. We are very familiar with Sanibel, coming to see family several times each year, but needed different accommodations this time. The condo is in a great location and just a 3 minute walk to the beach or tennis courts. The kitchen was great, well stocked, open concept that felt spacious. We enjoyed eating on the porch for most meals! My only real opportunities for improvements are that the digital display on the oven is broken which made cooking our turkey a bit of a challenge!

  Seriously this is one of a few places where we didn't have enough. The property location is awesome, we loved to have meals on our balcony, and the pool is 10 steps away. We've had an awesome stay, thank you very much!!!

  Very enjoyable, very satisfied, condo clean as we have come to expect, plenty of parking, close to beach and restaurants, easy on and off the island, have been staying at this complex for four years, and already signed up for next year. Only negative, adult swim time was extremely limited, kids in the pool from 9 am until sometimes 8 pm. With Covid we are staying away from our grandchildren, and don’t want to be around some one else’s.

  Everything was so special and perfect during our 10 days at I5 Sanibel Arms West. The condo colors are very relaxing and a beach hideaway gem, the beds are very special with extra attention to luxurious comfort. The pool is just outside and sparkling perfect and the beach was spectacular. We swam, soaked, body surfed, walked, jogged, biked, sunbathed, boated and dined into the most relaxing state of get-a-way bliss. Thanks to everyone that is preserving this paradise!

  Easy and contactless check in, available parking next to the unit, new beach chairs, well kept gardens. Kitchen was equipped with all necessary tools and appliances. Unit decoration and color palette was beautiful. Firm mattresses were Ok. And we had no rain at all. Thank you!
