  My overall experience at this facility was great. The unit was ready on time, clean, and nice. Check in was easy, as was check out. Dealing with the office folks when I was looking for a place to stay , was handled professionally and with out a hitch. The staff while on site were also great. I would definitely stay again.

  Relaxing family vacation in a great spot. Sanibel Arms West is right on the beach, property is well maintained, with lots of plantings, grass, palm big lanais for morning coffee & evening cocktails.

  We loved the condo. The view out the back porch was great--right in very exotic-looking tropical plantings. Out the front was fine too--pretty gardening and the pool. The only downside for us was the pool noise--kids yelling and adults talking LOUDLY at the pool. The sound really carries.

  Steps/landing by door are old and crumbling. Tub/shower didn’t drain while shower was on. Screened porch railing was moldy.

  Stayed for a month. Was as nice as we remembered it with a helpful staff when needed and less than a jaunt to the uncrowded beach with shells galore. Great location right across the causeway while providing access throughout the island and Captiva. Great for both family and couples or even pandemic remote working.
