  Nice and clean condo. A bit outdated and worn - looks better in the pictures. We enjoyed the tennis courts, and the best beaches only few minutes away.

  We had a wonderful week. We were a little disappointed that the pool wasn't available for the first four days, but that was understandable. It was difficult for us to carry the white lounge chairs all the way to the beach, couldn't pull them off of the tall piles in the chair area.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We have been coming to Sanibel for 40 years, but had never stayed at Sanibel Arms, but will certainly rent again the next time we are able to return. The grandkids loved being close to the pool, and I enjoyed trying shuffleboard.

  Sanibel Arms West is a great place to unwind and relax! We love being so close to the Gulf, walking the beach, and enjoying the outdoor activities. The condo was good, clean, and comfortable ... with the only recommendation being upgrading the mattresses. We really enjoyed the week!!!
