  The wall clock in the kitchen needed a new battery and the hands adjusted in order to work properly. The light bulbs in the light over the dining table needed replaced. Overall it was a good experience.

  overall the unit was fine. The toilet in the spare bath was having issues with the chain, we had to flush it manually. The televisions in both bedrooms need to be updated. Very small. No ice cube trays or container to catch ice in freezer.

  The only negative review about staying here for the last 5 years was about the trash not being taken out since the day we checked in and being rushed out of the condo on day of check out right after Elsa, the storm.

  Family vacation on Sanibel Island. Excellent condo and facilities. 5 Stars all around. Location was great with easy access to beach and restaurants. Very clean condo and facility with everything you need for the beach. Very happy and satisfied.

  Great condo for our family of 5. close to the pool, close to the beach...kitchen well stocked. Our only suggestion is to get a new pullout couch. The one there is not pretty bad. Thankfully my daughter is small and just slept on the couch. Loved biking around the island...not sure if we were there at an off time but not busy at all.
