  The apartment is in nice condition, the kitchen is fully equipped you only need to bring your food!!
  and the community is very nice and quiet and the most important for us is the beach is only a few steps away!!

  Vacation and stay was great. Had trouble with air conditioning but repair people fixed it a short time later. We were very happy with the service from owner/manager. Only complaints was the king mattress in the main bedroom is totally worn out. We had to put blankets under each side of the bed to keep from rolling off. Time to replace that.

  beds were worn & uncomfortable, sheets were torn, lights outside condo needed replaced, grills were replaced while there but a couple uses were difficult to start, tub and sinks drained slowly, sand fleas? in bathroom. Appliances worked well, plenty of dishes and utensils.
  Great idea having puzzles to do! The turtle puzzle was missing 1 piece lol

  Sanibel arms west is a perfect destination! My unit J2 was clean, open floor plan, shower was amazing. Outdoor space very comfortable. Pool , fitness center, business center all well maintained. I would like to see a hot tub installed. Location is perfect, on the beach and not far from the bridge. Staff is very pleasant and available.

  We enjoyed the condo. It was roomy and decorated nicely. We did most of our cooking in the condo. There were plenty of pots and pans and other utensils for cooking. We enjoyed eating our meals out on the patio. It was handy to have our own washer and dryer in the condo. Only drawbacks were the bathroom off of the main bedroom is small and the hair dryers did not work well. Overall we had a great experience and plan to go back.
