  Overall it was a good experience. The condo is a short walk from the beach, the landscape throughout the property was beautiful, and the nice-sized pool was very warm (good for the cooler days, maybe a little too warm once the weather improved). Our only complaint was that the beds were uncomfortable. Beyond that, the condo was clean and came equipped with most of what we needed.

  This was our 2nd time at SAW and it was absolutely perfect as always. The unit we stayed in was well maintained and clean. The staff we interacted with were courteous and professional. Steve was fantastic as always to work with. We are looking forward to booking again.

  The condo was clean but very out dated pictures do not show the true appearance of this unit. I’ve stayed in several units at sanibel arms west
  And this one was a bit disappointing.
  Service folks on site were above our expectations, very sweet folks on the grounds.

  Perfection all around! Condo was clean, fully stocked with everything you need and more, and provided easy access to pool and beach. Check in and out was a breeze! Absolutely no issues or concerns. Would highly recommend! Besides the pool and beach, we enjoyed renting paddle boards and a lily pad. We also enjoyed eating at the Lighthouse Cafe, The Lazy Flamingo, Doc Fords, and The Mucky Duck (followed by the Bubble Room cake). Dante’s pizza was close and perfect for take out.

  We had a great Labor Day weekend at this condo. Most of it is beautifully renovated and I understand the rest will be soon. As previous guests have stated, everything you need for the beach is in the deck box. Lots of kitchen accessories as well. The washer/dryer are so convenient. The grounds and landscaping are lovely.
  
  There were some minor issues which I have emailed the general manager about and I’m sure will be taken care of.
  
  Our family loves Sanibel and we plan to return with our daughters. They’re going to love J3 as well!

  We had 2 adults 4 teenagers fit comfortably ( we did rent a folding bed). Deck box had beach supplies including 2 chairs, umbrella, balls which were much appreciated. We also used the indoor board games in the evening. The updated kitchen/ counter space was great for travelers. Beautifully decorated. Great convenient location. We will come again!

  As always enjoyed our time in Sanibel. Unfortunately the unit needs some updating as both the stove and diswasher were not in good condition.

  Loved J3 the most out of all the other stays. The location was perfect and the resort very quiet. Grounds were maintained well and the condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Loved being right across from the pool. The only feedback I have is that one stool was broken in the kitchen and there wasn't a broom that we could use to sweep the floors. The floors in the hallway of J3 were wonky and had a large gap. The door to the laundry would not close well. It's a little noisy since the door is a cheap folding louvered door. The owners may want to replace it with a solid door since you can hardly hear the TV when the W/D is working. We didn't want to blast the TV out of consideration to the guests around us.Those minor issues haven't deterred us - we decided we would stay at J3 again!
