  Sanibel Arms is always the best place to stay. Staff are wonderful, the pool and beach are amazing. I will say J4 needs some work done - the screen doors on the front lanai don't meet the ground or the top - we were innundated with no seeums if we were out there during the evening and the wood on some of the kitchen cabinets and dressers is peeling off/bowing. When we got there the master bathroom had toilet paper and dark brown chunks of I don't know what in it.

  We did call after checkout to let the property know that neither outlet in the twin-bedded room had an outlet cover on it. That's a hazard. In addition, there is a 6" tear in the bedskirt in the main bedroom. Did not report that all the bowls in the cabinet were dirty. We didn't use any other dishes, but you might want to check the dishwasher to see if it is functioning correctly. We did not use the dishwasher. Place was clean. TV isn't great - too small and too far from seating area - but we made do. Good location, clean, basic. Worked for short stay.

  It was a great week!!! Dolphins decided to swim with us - so did the sting rays!!! Our condo was wonderful too! Clean - the beds were comfortable!! Would definitely stay here again!!

  The condo was perfectly clean and well maintained except for the washing machine, which was full of mold. There was a very strong smell of mold when you opened the machine and I could see mold on the door and inside of the machine. We notified management of the problem and they were quick to respond with a cleaning/wipe down of the machine but it did not fix the problem entirely as there was still a strong smell and some mold visible. I still used it and it worked fine. Perhaps the machine is older and just needs to be replaced. Other than that minor issue, the condo was wonderful! It has everything you’d need for a relaxing beach vacation!

  Overall we enjoyed our time on the island. Two big disappointments were having no chairs at the pool. This caused people to hang at the pools edge and less social distancing than if the chairs were there. Seeing resorts on each side put chairs on the beach for their guests and no accommodations at the Arms West was frustrating. As for our unit, we found the tiny TV's useless. Tiny screens and the full screen did not fill in with picture. It would be great if owners didn't load every cabinet with glassware or dishes so that there would be a place to actually put food. Having to use countertops is a real turnoff in the kitchen and the master bath. A medicine cabinet would really help in the bathrooms. There are a zillion solutions to adding more useful storage in bathrooms.

  We had a positive experience, enjoyed our stay at the condo. The condo was as pictured, and was clean, and well maintained.
  Steve was very helpful, he always is, and did provide good customer service!!
  We enjoyed the beach, shopping and the restaurants, everything was great! We did drive thru Ding, and enjoyed that also.
