  We love the Lighthouse end of Sanibel! This is our 2nd year to stay in this unit at Sanibel Arms West. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the grounds are well maintained. The pool is great and there is easy access to the beach and bike trails. The bathrooms and kitchen have been updated in this unit and it was very clean. It is however in need of additional updating. The living room furniture, rug and couch pillows are aged and the mattress in the master bedroom is lumpy. Attention to these things would be a major improvement.

  This is our 4th visit to Sanibel in under a year and we have always found Sanibel Arms West to be a perfect accommodation. This condo is our favorite so far! It is fully updated and the bathroom showers are also updated and very clean (no grime on the grout). The condo has tiled floors and is very spacious for 4 people. The tiled floors was easy to clean and sweep during our stay. The only opportunities we noticed was that there was no full length mirror and there was only one small chest of drawers in our bedroom - in the closet. For our 10 day stay with two people to a bedroom, 3 small drawers did not accommodate our clothing. The 2nd bedroom has a nicely sized TV and in-suite access to the hall bath. The kitchen was stocked with basic cooking appliances and many more that we didn't use. When we return to Sanibel, we will be looking to stay in J6 again. We loved it!

  We had a wonderful stay at Sanibel Arms West. This condo was beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation week. We did have an issue with the AC not working, but the management team was incredibly responsive and had it fixed very quickly. The condo was clean and comfortable. We would definitely return!

  our stay in sanibel arms west was wonderful, unit J6 very nice, clean, cozy ... the position of the condominium is very good, very quiet and a few steps from a beautiful beach full of shells our family really enjoyed it and it was an experience Very exciting, the administrator was very attentive and responded super fast to each call, even offering us a stay promotion for half the original value .... I give it 5 stars and I hope to return very soon .

  We have been to Sanibel Arms West a few times over the years. Our close friends rent there every year so we decided to meet them this year. Although the unit was remodeled we found it not to be thoroughly cleaned. We actually wiped down counters and found residues of dirt.
  
  The disheartening part was the lack of enforcement of social distancing and masks. I understand families will congregate but masks were absent throughout the property. Moreover, there were many times where we did not feel safe.
