  The unit overall was in great shape and the location was just as great. All of the amenities in the unit were as described. Given that the unit is on the second floor, I would not recommend this for someone with knee issues, as there are many steps to climb. We did notice an excess amount of dust that had accumulated on the louver door in front of the ac unit. Perhaps the filters need cleaning? But overall the unit was perfect, and we will look to rent this unit again in the future. Thanks for contributing to our great time in Sanibel!

  Resort was well kept and the beach access is great. Condo was nice and everything was updated except the hallway toilet seat was really gross and stained. The other bathroom seat wasn’t great either. Also, there were no beach towels provided which would have been nice. Outside of that, we enjoyed our stay.

  Condo JB was a beautifully appointed place to vacation. On the whole we were very pleased. The bedrooms were super nice, comfortable and had plenty room for storage. The sleeper sofa was uncomfortable to sit on and the lampshades we're in very bad condition. Dishes in the cabinets had been put away with food on them. We had to wash all the dishes before we felt safe using them. One large pot had dangerously loose handles and the cookware wasn't in the best cindition. Otherwise, this condo was terrific with lots of amenities. We never saw or talked to anyone in the office That seemed a little odd.

  This is our second time at SAW. It was nice to try a different unit on this trip. Amazing property, beautifully maintained. Property description was exactly portrayed in online write-up. Condo managers very helpful. Condo was awesome and beautifully decorated. All amenities you could need were included. They thought of everything! Loved the covered pool. Perfect beach location. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and SO MANY shells to enjoy. We even encountered a family of sting rays...had to run very quickly to get to shore!!! Had loose handles on a couple pans; maintenance man immediately replaced pans with brand new ones! Fabulous service. Impeccably clean. Couldn't be happier. The only thing missing was someone to come and cook my breakfast!!! We'll be back! 😀
