  We had so much fun here, although we had a family emergency in the end, it was the perfect spot while we were visiting, the owners are phenomenal and people were so kind to us and the kids.   The condo was super cute and clean! Accommodated all of our group very well. What a bonus to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The only downside was the noseeums. They seemed to be in the furniture and came out when we were all relaxing in the evening. Might want to spray that couch!
  
  Excellent access to the beach and beach chairs/loungers! The pool was also great and close to the condo. Easy to get around from this location to the Lighthouse Beach and restaurants.

  We rented unit K1 for two weeks in April 2022. This was our 4th trip to Sanibel and our first time renting in Sanibel Arms West. The complex is well maintained and features a lovely heated pool well situated in the centre of the complex. Our unit K1 had a sneak peak view of the gulf and was a short less than a minute walk to the beach. Staff even put out chairs and lounges although the unit provides chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, a cooler AND a wheely cart to take it to the beach. K1 was exactly as shown on the owners webpage and literally has every kitchen gadget you might need for your visit. The king beds were comfortable and sheets and towels luxurious. Complex staff were friendly and helpful. Finally the owner, Nancy, was awesome. Available via email almost the minute you sent her an email and full of good ideas regarding renting bikes, etc.

  Lovely location, very close to sea from front Lania and to pool from back Lania. Apartment was generally clean but was quite dusty in places and wonder if it had been vacant prior to our stay. It didn’t really affect our stay. Plenty of kitchen facilities and beach chairs/loungers to use. A small cool box to fit into bike baskets would have be a great addition since we used bikes rather than the car.

  This is our second stay in Unit K1 and it did not disappoint. Nancy, the owner, has thought of everything and the unit is perfectly situated near the grills, the beach, the pool, and parking. It's at a perfect spot on the island as well. You don't need to leave if you don't want too and it's an easy on and off the island. We couldn't have asked for a better rental. It was PERFECT for us.

  We had unit K1. Nancy was great to work with.
  Very open and helpful communication. Fast to respond to questions. Property was great. Love the towel rack out on lanai. Beach supplies were there but did not use. We had my granddaughters age 2 and 4 so the unit was right next to pool and beach. Late Aug was a great time to visit, most units were empty.
  I have already book for next summer. Can't wait to return.

  We had a wonderful stay at K1 in July 2021. The condo looked like the photos provided. Both beds slept good. Everything was clean and comfortable. The condo was decorated nicely. There are two bedrooms with king beds with attached baths. Extra towels are provided in the master closet. Utensils to cook with are provided. A starter package was left with dishwasher detergent, dish soap and bath/hand soaps. The recliners are very comfortable. I liked having the front and back lanai’s. The front lanai is a good size and from it you can see a partial view of the gulf. The back lanai is more private for two people. From it you can see the sun deck, grills and pool area. The location was an easy walk to the beach and easy drive to get to the main road for eating out and touring the island.
  
  Honestly, I would have loved to have stayed another week. I think you will enjoy your stay at K1, as much as we did.

  This was my family's 1st trip to Sanibel Island. Our owner Nancy was wonderful. She helped me prepare in advance and always responded quickly to my emails. We loved staying in K1 at SAW. The condo was nice and clean and we loved having a full kitchen with utensils for cooking. The people in the office were also very friendly and helpful. On the last day of our trip I found a loggerhead turtle 🐢 on the beach laying her eggs then followed her back to sea. I waited over 1 1/2 hours for the rescue team to come and protect the nest. This was such an amazing experience. We definitely plan to come back again. Thank you Nancy for everything. You have been wonderful.

  My whole family (husband + daughters 7 & 12) loved this condo so much! We are already wanting to plan a trip back.
  
  The owner has put so much thought into the decor and how well it is stocked. You can find all the kitchen items you need, bath towels, even things like a beach cart with chairs/umbrellas (you also just roll this out the back lanai since it is ground level) that was super helpful, and a cooler for your day trips. Oh and also washer/dryer and good A/C. Basically too much to list!
  
  The location is great and quiet while also being close to amenities like the grocery store. The condo has a pool that is covered and just out the back door. Felt like a very Safe area.
  
  One of the best parts is how close you are to the beach. Just walk out along a nice path and you will be to the beach in like 2 minutes. This was extremely important to us in choosing a place as our daughter has a disability that makes walking more difficult.
  
  If you are looking for a beach vacation then I definitely recommend Sanibel + this condo. Nancy is so sweet and helpful with any questions too!

  Everything as described. Wonderful location close to beach, pool and gas grills. Kitchen is very well stocked - even has a Keurig coffee maker. Hot water and all appliances worked perfectly.
