  This is my second trip to the same condo. Nicely decorated and has everything but beach towels and floaties. there is a beautiful table packed with shells in living room. Beds in guest room were uncomfortable. Looking forward to returning next year

  K3 delivered on all rental levels. Great location within complex. Excellent parking options. Adirondack chairs + Lounges readily available. Only one side of Lanai door was operational. Family above our unit do not control children running which resonated through our unit up to 11:00 P M. Our only negative experience and we realize you cannot pick your vacation neighbors when you rent in 8 condo building.

  the unit was clean and right--only steps from the wonderful Sanibel beach was only steps away--kitchen was equipped with many items--nice lanai with table and dining table inside with chairs to seat 10--the only physical problem was the sliding doors to the lanai need to be serviced since it was extremely hard to open and close them--

  Enjoyed staying at this unit. The decor is great and it has been well maintained. The only problem with it is the dirty things the housekeeping staff left behind (trash in garbage cans, dirty dishes in dishwasher, and dirty towels on closet floor).

  The condo was exactly what you see in the pictures - tropical, cheery decor, clean and loads of space. There were even some games and puzzles. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the central location of the condo. Sanibel is beautiful with loads of shells and beautiful birds. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.

  The condo was in excellent shape, very clean and well equipped. The grounds are well kept, and there is shuffleboard and tennis/pickleball courts. Used them all. Easy access to beach.
  This is not beach front, but a remote view of gulf from the patio (screened in and nice place to eat). The second bedroom is small, but the living room kitchen area is large for two bedrooms. A nice place to stay. The property management company was responsive and helpful.

  The location really is wonderful and the room was clean and perfectly suited our needs (family of four). However, the management team left something to be desired. From the very beginning when we tried to book and had questions about what was available, to issues with check in, to some issues during our stay, it seemed like most of the staff didn't really know much about the property and were not able (or unwilling) to help. Ultimately things mostly worked out but it could have gone more smoothly.
