  We love staying at Sanibel Arms West. Beautiful beach, great location, family atmosphere, affordable and comfortable units. Only problem the unit we stayed in at first looked like it was somewhat cleaned but later realized it was in need of a deep cleaning. Maybe it's because I know what clean should look like. Otherwise, we loved our stay.

  Our unit was the perfect location between the beach and pool. The kitchen,living space was beautiful. We utilized the pull out couch and it was extremely comfortable. The unit was very clean when we arrived.The pool area was much bigger than we expected and the pool itself was large.The gas grill area was also great. The only suggestion for our until was the master bath does need some work. There were corners of the bath that did have mold (which I know is hard to keep up on in Florida) along with the bath, shower area not in the best of shape.This obviously did not impact our stay. Very family friendly with many other families with kids which we appreciated. The only problem we had was that on 2 nights the pool area had loud people in it well past 10:30 PM. We keep our windows and doors closed but could still hear them into the night. Overall a wonderful time and a great location to be able to walk to the tiki bar down the beach and even the lighthouse.

  This is our second time visiting S A West. Overall a good visit. 2 concerns. The people in the building across from us were VERY LOUD out on their porch up past 11 pm on multiple nights. Also, no beach chairs available if we went to the beach after noon.

  We have rented this unit for several years now and it's one of our favorites . We always rent from Sanibel Arms West. Very helpful and professional staff. Very clean unit. The screen door on the front patio could use some attention and the hair dryer in the master bathroom was missing but these are very minor issues.
