  Had a great stay at Sanibel Arms West - the grounds were beautiful, short walk to the beach, quiet and relaxing. Condo was clean upon arrival. Staff were great - we locked ourselves out one day and had to call for assistance -also had a latch break on the screen door - maintenance showed up extremely fast and installed a new latch. Beautiful location, short walk to the lighthouse, enjoyed the bike rentals - riding to local restaurants and for ice cream. Some great restaurants very close by. Would definitely recommend.

  Furniture, especially the full mattress in the the second bedroom needs updating. Appliances in the kitchen are dated or altogether missing, ie there are beaters but no mixer to use them with.

  Sanibel Arms West is a great location. Its away from all the shops and restaurants which helps avoids traffic at certain times of the day. This condo was clean, well appointed, and worked for our family of 5. Partial gulf views and a quick walk to the beach. We weren't so concerned about the cosmetic look of the place, but some updates could be done. Overall a nice condo. Would stay here again.
