  Sofas and kitchen chairs were very dirty.
  Unit guide stated 2 sets of sheets for each bed. There was only one set and the pullout couch had none. We called down for the pullout couch sheets the first night and were told they wouldn't be provided until the following morning. Very disappointing. On the positive side, great beach. Nice and quiet!!

  Overall it was good. I did not like how we had to carry our chairs down to the beach the lounge chairs were heavy and unless you were a muscle man it was very hard

  We absolutely loved our condo at Sanibel
  Arms West! It was updated and great for us! It was close to the pool and beach and we bopped between both! Loved there were chairs, noodles and beach toys to use and we left what we bought! Loved the location on the Island and closeness to restaurants! Great spot for a family vacation!
