  Arrived late due to delayed flight . picked up envelope from lock box at office . Keys were wrong and did not work . Irritating . furniture in unit as well as carpet needs to be upgraded .

  Beautiful condo complex with a great view of golf. Needs a makeover of bathrooms and carpet is old in both bedrooms and living area. Kitchen was nicely updated and had everything we needed. Slider to lanais is old but works, beach chairs are old, not comfortable. Would.
  have been nice to have an umbrella but we just purchased one. Love the east end of the island!

  We've been going to Sanibel Arms West for almost 45 years and have never been disappointed. The entire property is well managed and maintained . K8 is a lovely, well-appointed condo with views of the Gulf of Mexico. We would certainly rent this condo again.
