  It was amazing. The unit was pretty updated. Only issue wssbthat the toiket in master bath was not working. We called it in but plumber said it was too old. Looks like it is original one snd it needs replacing. We were not able to use during our stay

  We had great weather! Wish there were some stainless mixing bowls in a larger size and a nice 13x9 metal pan. We like to cook a lot and really appreciate a well stocked kitchen. Great place !

  This is second time we've stayed at Sanibel Arms West and this time we brought friends. They as well as us are so impressed with this complex. It is well maintained, clean and the units are very spacious. We stayed in L2, a great condo for 2 couples as it has 2 king beds. Everything about the condo was great. The location is perfect as you don't have to get caught up in the traffic on Periwinkle Dr. We love Sanibel!!!

  This is the 2nd time we stayed at L2 and we LOVE it! The best feature is that it is a 2-minute walk to be at the water. The beach has a lot of shells :-) The actual rooms are roomy and clean. The kitchen has been upgraded between our two stays and was really lovely - all the equipment & utensils you need for a kitchen seem to stocked. The unit has a washer & dryer which is very nice. On the front patio you can see the gulf. I won't pay more for a full view because the unit is so close to the beach already.

  I have to admit that we had a great time. However we were a little disappointed on the upkeep of the unit. When we arrived I had to wash the floor mats on the 2 bathroom because they are filthy, I had to sweep the floors from the get go. I told the person in the office, they said "they had been very busy" I guess for the 5 hour turnaround. The carpet in the rooms are very dirty and worn out. If you walk barefooted your feet will be dark. The location although not beachfront is very accessible to the beach. The pool is right behind the unit if thats your thing. They have bbq's and hammocks that are along the side of the building. I wish the few things mentioned above would be corrected when we return.

  The condo at Sanibel Arms West was clean, up to date with amenities and a terrific location in relation to the beach. We worked and did schooling from Florida in January and it was a joy to look out the window and see the beach.
