  Great location on the island, lots of things to do within 15 minutes, great beaches, SAW staff is terrific! Grounds are always in too shape and very clean. Thank you again for a great stay in Sanibel. Our particular condo we stayed in could use some updates but overall the condo was a 4/5 rating for us. In the past few years the other condos have been updated and we’re too knotch.

  We had stayed at SAW several years ago and knew what to expect. We were satisfied with the condo and staff in the office when we had questions. We tended to stay in for the evening for dinner. The only suggestion is to maybe update the living room furniture as we feel it’s a little dated and not very comfortable. There were a couple minor maintenance issues which were taken care of quickly. We loved our time on Sanibel and look forward to returning!

  Well furnished and great location. Could a few updates on paint and the love seat and sofa are pretty well broken down. Have to sit very long.

  Although Sanibel Arms West as a whole is great, this particular unit needs some improvement. The sliding door to the front porch is old and came off its track. The maintenance staff was quick to place it back on track, but it really needs to be replaced. The bedroom furniture is also old and cheap. The drawers come off tracks easily and don’t work well. Cosmetically, the cabinets in the dining area seem out of place. Was that portion of the remodeling project not completed?
