  I have been going to Sanibel Island every 1-3 years since I was five years old and now have reached "middle age years" and still going. The island is so beautiful. I recently stayed in condo L4 (June of 2022), have before and will again. The property description was accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities.
  The unit was clean, well maintained overall although recliner was difficult to operate and did have a small tear in the leather, would recommend obtaining a new one. The kitchen was stocked adequately. The resort was very responsive to any needs. They offer a few bikes for rental. They have tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard and all the needed equipment for those for free. The pool is screened in with plenty of loungers offered. There is also a sun deck with additional loungers above a portion of the pool. The beach is right off the resort property and very easily accessible, short walking distance. They have new lightweight adirondack chairs to utilize at the beach which was great. I would recommend the resort provide beach umbrellas for use during your stay. There are plenty of choices for restaurants, shops nearby that are within 1-2 mile of the resort you could access either by bike or car. I recommend Island Cow for any meal. The beaches are beautiful white sand with loads of shells. I would definitely recommend Sanibel Arms West and L4 to future vacationers.

  I was a little worried about the weekend because of the pandemic but it turned out great. The condo was beautiful and everything worked great. I love that it was close to the beach without being right on the sand which I don’t prefer.
