  The rental is very nice. It has a "home away from home" feel, from the furniture to the decor throughout. We like the fully stocked kitchen as far as glasses, plates, silverware and more. The in-unit washer/dryer comes in handy for doing laundry. Having hangers in the closets was convenient for unpacking clothes. The beach is not a far walk which makes it easy to get to. We have stayed here before and it never disappoints. Overall, a great place to stay.

  Loved the resort. Access to the beach was wonderful. The property was well maintained. The unit was a bit dated and in need of some minor repairs. The unit could have been cleaner, but the resort property was great for a peaceful and relaxing beach trip.

  It was a great trip. Enjoyed the Condo but a few things could be checked on. The toilet in the Master bedroom made a whistling sound when you flushed it. The guest bathroom could use a new toilet seat, chips on the seat. Otherwise it was a great place to spend some time in. Clean & nicely decorated.

  Nice family oriented resort, quiet and relaxed. Felt and safe and secure while on property. Beach area was nice and relatively close to rooms. Chairs available on the beach to use. Our rental unit had a spacious family room and kitchen area. Clean and comfortable living space. Could use a little updating and/or touchups, but nothing major. Feels a little pricy but probably up against Spring Break competition.

  We have stayed at SAW since we started coming to Sanibel in 2010 and won’t stay anywhere else! The complex is absolutely perfect! The staff super friendly!!! I highly recommend staying here if your coming to Sanibel!

  I took my family there for the 5 night. Condo was very nice, very clean! We had a great time and enjoyed both the gulf and the pool. My grandchildren made new friends and really enjoyed it. The outside screened in patio was wonderful too!
